Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using Triavion, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

2. Marketplace role

Triavion provides technology that helps clients discover suppliers and manage service requests. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Triavion is not the supplier performing the work and is not a party to agreements made directly between marketplace users.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

4. Supplier responsibilities

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, licences, certifications, insurance information, pricing, availability, and services. Verification indicators do not replace a client's own due diligence.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Triavion to:

• break the law, misrepresent your identity, or impersonate another person;
• upload malicious code, interfere with the service, or bypass access controls;
• harass others, submit fraudulent requests, or misuse marketplace information.

6. Payments, disputes, and cancellations

Any applicable pricing, payment, cancellation, refund, commission, and dispute terms shown during a transaction form part of your agreement for that transaction.

7. Intellectual property

Triavion and its licensors retain rights in the platform and brand. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Triavion a limited licence to host and display it as needed to operate and promote the service.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Triavion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or for the acts and omissions of independent marketplace users.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or maintain the security and integrity of the platform.
